Like many visitors, and residents now living on the island, I fell in love with Hilton Head the first time I saw it. That was in 1983 and I knew then, that some day, this would be my home. What started as a yearly golfing vacation, quickly turned into frequent trips. I wanted to learn as much about the island as I could. I wanted to know about the golf courses, the beaches, the recreation and entertainment… and what were all of these incredible PLANTATIONS? As an architect, I was in awe of the planning that must have been undertaken to create a coastal community so unique. In 1998, after 15 years of visiting and learning, I purchased a villa in Shelter Cove, and in the spring of 2004, my wife Amy and I decided to make Hilton Head our home. We are now proud residents of Indigo Run. I hope that my 20 years experience pursuing this dream can help others realize theirs. HILTON HEAD IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO BE!
For 27 years before starting my career in Real Estate, I was majority owner and president of a commercial, architectural firm in Ohio. During that time, I was responsible for the design and supervision of over $100 million in construction.
